How Mail-to-SMS Service Works
The Mail-to-SMS service enables businesses to send SMS messages through an existing email workflow. A user creates an email from a computer or mobile device with the required recipient and message details and sends it to the Om Enterprises messaging platform. The platform receives the email, extracts the relevant information, validates the request, and converts the email content into an SMS-compatible message.
Once the conversion is complete, the platform forwards the message through its SMS delivery infrastructure, and the recipient receives it as a standard SMS on their mobile phone.
