Personal Information (PI):As defined under Rule 2(i) of the IT Rules, 2011. See Appendix 1.
Rules:The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
Registered User:A user whose registration is accepted by OM Enterprises.
Sensitive Personal Data and Information (SPDI):Defined under Rule 3 of the IT Rules, 2011. See Appendix 1.
Collection of Information
You may access the OM Enterprises website without providing Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information. However, certain services may require registration and the provision of information through email, telephone, post, online forms, or in person.
We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer service and support, send you important information about our services, and provide marketing communications where permitted and, where required, with your consent.
Marketing communications
Communications may be delivered through channels including SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice, subject to applicable law and your preferences.
