Terms of Service – One Airtel Plan

This Agreement creates a legal binding between the User and Bharti Airtel Limited (along with Bharti Telemedia, Bharti Hexacom, and Service Partners). Please review the operational bundle guidelines detailed below.

  • 1. Overview of One Airtel Plan
    • Combines multiple Airtel services (Postpaid Mobile, Wi-Fi, DTH/IPTV) into a single unified account.
    • Provides a single consolidated monthly bill.
    • Includes centralized Call Centre Support and a Dedicated Relationship Team.
    • Entitles the user to free service troubleshooting visits for all bundled connections.
  • 2 & 3. Joining & Migration Rules
    • Registration is available via the Airtel App, Website, physical retail stores, or authorized reps.
    • Advanced Rental Plan balances will be automatically converted and adjusted into subsequent monthly billing cycle statements.
    • Existing Airtel Black users stay on current terms unless they modify, add, or remove items, which triggers a migration to the One Airtel Plan.
  • 4 & 5. Eligible Services & Bundling Rules
    • Minimum Requirement: A minimum of two active eligible services must be bundled under one account.
    • Prepaid Restriction: Prepaid connections are completely excluded; they must upgrade to Postpaid before bundling.
    • ₹100 Coupon Requirement: The bundle must specifically include at least one Wi-Fi connection AND at least one Postpaid Mobile Parent connection. No coupon is granted if either is missing.
    • Exclusions: The Wi-Fi + TV plan priced at ₹399 (10 Mbps) is strictly ineligible for promotional coupon discounts.
  • 5.2 Minimum Service Rental Requirements
    • Standalone Wi-Fi Plan: Minimum ₹499 per month
    • Wi-Fi + TV Bundle Plan: Minimum ₹599 per month
    • Standalone DTH Connection: Minimum ₹260 per month
    • Standalone IPTV Connection: Minimum ₹350 per month
    • Postpaid Parent Connection: Minimum ₹449 per month (COIP accounts below this threshold are excluded from discount benefits)
  • 5.3 Framework Bundle Quantity Limits
    • Postpaid Parent Connections: Maximum of 20 per bundle
    • Add-on Numbers: Maximum of 9 associated per parent connection
    • Broadband Connections: Maximum of 20 per bundle
    • Primary DTH Accounts: Maximum of 20 per bundle
    • Primary IPTV Accounts: Maximum of 1 per bundle
    • Secondary Connections: Maximum of 3 allowed per primary DTH or IPTV account
  • 6 & 7. Service Modifications & Removals
    • Plan upgrades or rental alterations are managed directly inside the Airtel App.
    • Individual services nested within the account bundle cannot be placed on temporary hold or paused.
    • Removing a core link (Wi-Fi or Postpaid Parent) instantly voids eligibility for the ₹100 promotional coupon benefit.
    • Non-Airtel connection networks cannot be imported into the billing layout.
  • 8 & 9. Installation, Upfront Payments & Location Prerequisites
    • Standard installation fees are fully waived in exchange for an upfront advance account payment.
    • Advance metrics include: ₹1500 for New Wi-Fi, ₹1500 for Wi-Fi + IPTV, ₹1500 for New DTH, and ₹500 for Standalone/Secondary IPTV or TV boxes.
    • Advance amounts are credited directly onto subsequent monthly service invoices.
    • Location Mapping: IPTV connections require strict physical deployment alongside the parent Wi-Fi modem inside the exact same location. DTH connections can reside anywhere.
  • 10 & 11. Consolidated Billing & Promotional Discounts
    • A single consolidated bill covers the cumulative total of all active nested services.
    • No Partial Payments: Partial account remittances are rejected. The absolute balance must clear fully each cycle to preserve active service states.
    • The monthly promotional discount value is strictly capped at a maximum of ₹100 per bundle instance.
    • Redemption Condition: The ₹100 promotional coupon applies and translates exclusively when bill payments are processed directly via the official Airtel App portal.

Terms and Conditions – Airtel Cricket Carnival

This promotional campaign is organized by Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Hexacom Limited, and Bharti Telemedia Limited. By completing a transaction and submitting details on the Airtel App, participants agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

  • 1. Promotional Campaign Period
    • Valid from 28th March, 2026 to 21st May, 2026.
    • The standard weekly tracking cycle runs from Friday at 00:00 hrs to Thursday at 23:59 hrs.
    • Winners are announced every Tuesday on the Airtel App for the preceding week's cycle and notified via SMS.
  • 2. Participant Eligibility Criteria
    • Must be a citizen of India and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Must be an active retail Airtel subscriber (Prepaid, Postpaid, DTH, Broadband, or Black) throughout the campaign.

    • Delivery is managed via third-party couriers. Airtel is not liable for shipping delays, items damaged in transit, or delivery failures due to unserviceable pin codes or incorrect addresses.
  • 6. Data Privacy & Likeness Consent
    • Participation grants explicit consent to process personal data for verification and prize delivery with third-party logistical agencies.
    • Winners consent to the public display of their Full Name and a masked mobile number on the Airtel App.
    • Airtel retains the right to utilize the winner's name, image, and likeness for marketing and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
  • 7. Technical Limitations & Disqualification Policy
    • Airtel is not responsible for lost entries arising from app downtime, payment processing drops, server issues, or quiz loading failures.
    • If a transaction succeeds but the quiz component fails due to a technical glitch, the entry is marked unsuccessful; a new transaction is required to try again.
    • Immediate disqualification without notice applies in cases of suspected fraud, transaction manipulation, multiple account abuse, or unethical activity.
    • Providing false or misleading information will nullify entries and require the physical return of any distributed rewards.

Terms of Service – Bank OTP Fraud Detection Solution

Introduced by Bharti Airtel Limited and Bharti Hexacom Limited, this solution uses network intelligence to safeguard prepaid and postpaid cellular subscribers in India from OTP-related scams during active phone calls.

  • 1. Identification of OTP-Related Fraud
    • Trigger Condition: System activates if a banking OTP is received while the customer is on an active incoming cellular network call.
    • Risk Assessment: Applies if the incoming call is from a number not saved in the customer's contacts (as per the Airtel App) or if the customer is using a non-smartphone (feature phone).
    • Consent Mechanism: The network temporarily withholds the OTP and pushes an approval prompt. The OTP releases only if approved by the customer.
  • 2. Response Timelines & System Timeout Rules
    • 20-Second Window: If no response is recorded within 20 seconds, the prompt times out, and the OTP is completely withheld.
    • Consecutive Failure Bypass: If a customer fails to respond to the prompt twice consecutively on the same day, the fraud filter automatically bypasses from the third banking OTP onwards for unhindered delivery.
    • Midnight Reset: The protective system automatically resets every day at 00:00 hours (midnight) to reactivate fraud filters.
  • 3. Queue Management for Overlapping OTPs
    • If secondary banking OTPs arrive while an initial consent prompt is still pending, they are placed in a holding queue.
    • The user's action on the first prompt automatically cascades to all on-hold OTPs:
      • Selecting "YES" approves and delivers all queued OTPs instantly.
      • Selecting "NO" or allowing the 20-second timer to lapse blocks and drops all queued OTPs.
  • 4. Frictionless OTP Delivery Conditions
    • OTPs pass through instantly without intervention if the smartphone user is speaking to an identity saved within their contact list.
    • Prerequisites: The user must have the active Airtel App installed and must grant contact-sharing permissions governed under Airtel’s Privacy Policy.
  • 5. Scope, Compliance & Technical Limitations
    • The service is strictly geo-restricted to operational usage within India.
    • Network Restriction: Triggers only on traditional incoming cellular calls. The solution completely excludes internet-based calling apps (OTT calling) such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar platforms.
    • Operates in strict alignment with directives from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), TRAI, and law enforcement agencies.
    • Filters rely on real-time data analysis on a best-effort basis and are explicitly not guaranteed to be completely exhaustive or error-free.
  • 6. Modification Rights & Liability Disclaimers
    • Airtel reserves full discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue the solution across any region at any time with or without notice.
    • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, uptime, or merchantability.
    • Airtel disclaims all liability for direct or indirect financial losses, transaction damages, or disputes linked to filtered or delayed OTP deliveries.
    • Subscribers experiencing technical delivery issues can report anomalies for backend investigation by emailing spam.grievance@airtel.com.

    • Account Restriction: All promotional benefits and special offers apply exclusively to the 001 (Primary) ID linked to the master customer account framework.

    • Consecutive Recharges (Same Pack): If an eligible pack is refueled before the current one expires, the next Google One promotional block is automatically queued and begins seamlessly when the current pack expires.
    • Consecutive Recharges (Different Pack): If a different, non-eligible pack is applied while an eligible pack is still running, the storage benefit terminates exactly on the original eligible pack’s expiry date.

    • The cloud storage platform is hosted and delivered directly by Google under Google's Terms of Service (available at https://one.google.com/terms-of-service). Regional feature availability varies based on standard Google guidelines.
    • Airtel acts solely as a promotional facilitator and assumes zero operational liability for data loss, service functionality disruptions, or cloud storage platform quality. All technical errors must be escalated directly to Google.
    • Airtel reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or withdraw this promotional offer at any time without notice due to business updates or regulatory adjustments ordered by TRAI or the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
    • Updated terms will be posted on https://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions. Cumulative liability for Airtel is strictly capped at the last fee paid by the customer.
    • All disputes arising from this promotion are governed by Indian laws and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at New Delhi alone.

  • 5. Regulatory Disclaimers, Liability Caps, & Jurisdiction
    • Airtel makes no express or implied performance guarantees or warranties concerning structural hardware functionality or network availability, which may fluctuate due to external interference.
    • Airtel preserves the right to limit, vary, suspend, or disconnect network access at any point for reasonable cause or technical maintenance.
    • Terms may be modified, extended, or canceled without notice to adapt to business shifts or regulatory updates from TRAI or the Department of Telecom (DoT).
    • Airtel disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. The provider’s maximum liability cap is strictly limited to the last transaction fee paid by the customer.
    • All programmatic disputes are governed by Indian laws and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at New Delhi.
